This role drives white-glove client servicing for an AdTech company, managing client communication and ensuring a positive experience for renewals. The Client Success Manager supports live campaigns, provides actionable insights from reporting metrics, and manages direct and enterprise campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead, Client Success with client communication, balancing external needs with internal bandwidth across the Operations organization
- Build effective proposals telling the KERV Narrative to meet specific client KPIs in collaboration with your Lead, Client Success
- Handle client reporting on a weekly basis for live campaigns and drive the “Why Kerv” narrative, showcasing actionable insights from reporting metrics
- Stay up to date on industry trends and be able to speak to impacts to KERV business and products
- Independently and effectively manage 3-5 direct campaigns and 8-10 enterprise campaigns
- Provide support for Leads and Associate Director as needed
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience within advertising, marketing, or client service roles
- Strong understanding of digital and programmatic advertising
- Previous experience in managing digital advertising campaigns
- Proficiency with ad technology tools, systems, and platforms (DSPs, DMPs, publisher or agency ad servers, 3rd party measurement, research, and verification vendors)
- Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solution Oriented and Detail Oriented
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience within advertising, marketing, or client service roles
