Client Service Representative

About This Role

This role provides an exceptional experience to clients at Kingsport Veterinary Hospital through positive interactions and performs essential administrative tasks to support practice operations, ensuring efficient patient care and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience during every interaction
• Perform practice administrative tasks such as record maintenance and appointment tracking
• Manage practice reception (visitor and telephone) and handle cash processing and data entry
• Lead practice opening and closing procedures
• Ensure all public areas are clean and presentable for patients
• Process cash, checks, charge card payments, and credit account payments
• Schedule appointments adhering to practice and Doctor preferences
• Answer incoming telephone calls applying proper telephone etiquette
• Handle emergency situations with great care and patience following established clinic policies
• Address client concerns in a calm appropriate manner to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work on weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry level position, previous veterinary experience preferred but not required
