This role involves driving strategic client relationships and business development, focusing on high-level Automotive clients to generate new value and growth for Deloitte. The executive will build and own relationships with key decision-makers and identify solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and own relationships with key executives and decision-makers at all levels
- Execute against relationship strategies by monetizing relationships to drive value and impact
- Identify solutions that meet client needs and support fulfillment of personal and account growth goals
- Drive exploratory conversations with clients that reflect Deloitte's business' storefront offerings
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, leveraging personal, professional, and firm networks
- Represent "voice of customer" by bringing deep client and industry knowledge throughout sales lifecycle
- Collaborate and team across industries and sectors and with Lead Client Service Partners and others to drive growth
- Be a market sensor-providing proactive feedback on market shifts, competitive insights and "voice of the customer"
- Understand client's buying processes and budget cycle, as well as the client's business and strategic priorities
- Connect Deloitte capabilities and assets to client strategy, challenges and executive priorities
- Contribute client and industry knowledge to development of account strategy and proactively understand relevant case studies and offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Located in Texas
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 5 years' minimum experience in the Automotive Industry
Qualifications

- 10+ years of professional experience, with 5 years minimum in the Automotive Industry

- Located in Dallas area
- 5+ years' experience as a relationship and/or business development professional serving Automotive clients
- Strong professional services sales management knowledge and experience
- Proven track record in selling and/or delivering consulting, tax and advisory services to Automotive clients
- Demonstrable relationship building experience and ability to leverage pre-existing network
- Working knowledge of competitive and teaming landscape; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Success in playing a leading role within an account team framework
- Experience working with large global, multi-national organizations with non-US headquarters
- Broad experience across the automotive value chain or automotive financial services domain
