About This Role

This role involves performing thorough cleaning of various designated areas, ensuring spaces are spotless and inviting. The Cleaner will maintain cleaning supplies and equipment while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Dust, mop, and vacuum floors according to company standards
• Sanitize and disinfect surfaces to promote health and safety
• Empty trash bins and replace liners in all situated areas
• Report any maintenance issues or required repairs to the supervisor promptly
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety protocols and procedures during cleaning tasks to ensure personal and others' safety

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial or residential setting is advantageous
