About This Role

Join a team as a Full-Time Classified Space Lead in Pascagoula, MS, where you will manage and execute security duties, ensuring compliance with Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute security duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP
• Act quickly and efficiently according to directives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance
• Must have Secret Clearance
• Exceptional report writing skills
• Ability to mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
• Able to work independently
• Read and understand written instruction
• Communicate information and ideas in a clear and concise written form

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement coupled with 3+ years of customer service experience and 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.
