Classified Space Lead

About This Role

This role is for a Classified Space Lead responsible for security operations in classified environments, ensuring compliance with specified Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures. The position requires strong vigilance, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain security protocols under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform a multitude of duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP
• Act quickly and efficiently according to directives
• Regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
• Work independently
• Read and understand written instruction
• Communicate information and ideas in a clear and concise written form

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions
• Ability to regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance
• Secret Clearance
• Exceptional report writing skills
• Ability to mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in a clear and concise written form

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in security, military, or law enforcement, and 3+ years of customer service experience, with 1+ year in a lead or supervisory position.
