Civil Engineer

About This Role

This role involves creating engineering plans for land development projects. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning and designing civil infrastructure for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, code-compliant designs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules
• Prepare and review site civil plans, grading and drainage designs, utility layouts, and erosion control plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development and land use permitting
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and hydrology/hydraulic software (e.g., HydroCAD, StormCAD)
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
