Serve as the primary branch representative, building lasting relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions. This role focuses on helping customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs, while adhering to financial policies and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing trusted financial advice
- Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing
- Identify customers' personal financial goals and recommend tailored solutions
- Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking transactions
- Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking for complex financial needs
- Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments
- Follow all financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and regulations
Requirements
- High School degree or GED
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience with goal attainment
- Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve customer relationships
- Proven success with building relationships and recommending products/services in-person and via phone
- Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals
- Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues
- Ability to strengthen relationships with teammates and partners through collaboration
- Self-motivated, confident, and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
- Meet and comply with all SAFE Act requirements
Qualifications
- High School degree or GED required
- 2 years of sales and customer service experience
