Serve as a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist and Medical Director, providing outpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents while co-managing patients with community-based providers. This role also involves leading and supporting providers within the specialty and collaborating with administration to influence clinical outcomes and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care for children and adolescents
- Co-manage patients with community-based primary and specialty care providers
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Partner with administration to influence clinical outcomes and operational performance
- Lead and support providers within the specialty
- Collaborate with other specialty leaders across St. Luke’s Health System
- Oversee 85 staff members within the Neurobehavioral Medicine Center
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
