About This Role

Lead and manage the overall day-to-day operations and strategic direction of a hospital facility within Prime Healthcare. Ensure the delivery of quality patient care in a cost-effective manner while achieving financial and non-financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall day-to-day hospital operations and strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination, and control of activity within patient care, clinical, and clinical support service areas.
• Collaborate with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.
• Plan and direct short and long-range objectives/goals to meet financial and non-financial goals.
• Ensure synergy between people, processes, and strategies to execute business objectives/goals.
• Attract, train, develop, and retain talent to ensure business needs are met.
• Drive and build revenue growth through developing new business strategies to improve overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Communicate key information to respective stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration
• Proven ability to lead at all levels of management
• Demonstrates community commitment
• Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
