Manage channel sales for Deloitte's ServiceNow alliance, focusing on building relationships with vendor sales teams and uncovering new implementation opportunities. This role involves developing territory sales strategies and advising pursuit teams throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Create awareness of Deloitte's ServiceNow capabilities with ServiceNow software vendor sales teams
- Utilize relationships to uncover new implementation sales opportunities
- Partner with ServiceNow Industry Sales Executives to develop sales opportunities for the overall ServiceNow ecosystem
- Assist with business development activities by connecting appropriate Deloitte Sales Executives and PMD team with vendor sales team for specific clients
- Lead ServiceNow opportunity management process, including creating and updating relationship management system entries, reporting and maintenance
- Lead alliance planning session preparation, including agenda development, research, materials gathering and consolidation, coordination, logistics, notes capture and report outs
- Propose ideas for alliance team to connect with clients, including customization of Deloitte eminence materials and distribution of relevant thought-leadership
- Identify brand differentiators at the client and create client-specific marketing materials
- Support alliance team in collecting and centrally storing relevant client materials (qualifications, proposals, etc.)
- Establish internal firm contacts with other Channel Sales to support sales cycles
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development and client relationship experience
- Understanding of ServiceNow Core Platform capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Exceptional relationship building/relationship management skills
- Team player mindset
- Project management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated success performing in a large matrixed organization
- Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management

Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree
- 5+ years' experience with an emphasis on significant business development and client relationship experience
