This role involves building and nurturing relationships with ServiceNow Sales and Alliance teams to identify new implementation sales opportunities, develop territory sales strategies, and advise pursuit teams throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Create awareness of Deloitte's ServiceNow capabilities with ServiceNow software vendor sales teams
- Utilize relationships to uncover new implementation sales opportunities
- Partner with ServiceNow Industry Sales Executives to develop sales opportunities for the overall ServiceNow ecosystem
- Assist with business development activities by connecting Deloitte Sales Executives and PMD team with appropriate vendor sales teams
- Lead ServiceNow opportunity management process, including CRM entries, reporting, and maintenance
- Lead alliance planning session preparation, including agenda development and logistics coordination
- Propose ideas for alliance team to connect with clients, including customization of Deloitte eminence materials
- Identify brand differentiators at the client and create client-specific marketing materials
- Support the alliance team in collecting and centrally storing relevant client materials
- Establish internal firm contacts with other Channel Sales to support sales cycles
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in business development and client relationship management
- Understanding of ServiceNow Core Platform capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree preferred; Masters' or Advanced Degree a plus
- 5+ years' experience with an emphasis on significant business development and client relationship experience
