About This Role

This Channel Sales Manager role at Deloitte focuses on our ServiceNow alliance, building relationships with vendor sales teams to uncover new opportunities and advise pursuit teams throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Create awareness of Deloitte's ServiceNow capabilities with ServiceNow software vendor sales teams
  • Utilize relationships to uncover new implementation sales opportunities
  • Partner with ServiceNow Industry Sales Executives to develop sales opportunities across the overall ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Assist with business development activities by connecting appropriate Deloitte Sales Executives and PMD team with vendor sales teams for specific clients
  • Lead the ServiceNow opportunity management process, including creating and updating relationship management system entries, reporting and maintenance
  • Lead alliance planning session preparation, including agenda development, research, materials gathering and consolidation, coordination among alliance leadership, logistics, as well as notes capture and report outs
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to propose ideas for alliance team to connect with clients, customize Deloitte eminence materials, and distribute thought-leadership
  • Identify brand differentiators at the client and create client-specific marketing materials
  • Support the alliance team in collecting and centrally storing relevant client materials (qualifications, proposals, etc.)
  • Establish internal firm contacts with other Channel Sales to support sales cycles
  • Provide recommendations to ServiceNow and Consulting leadership related to alliance management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development and client relationship experience
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Core Platform capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience with an emphasis on significant business development and client relationship experience
