About This Role

Manage channel sales for Deloitte's ServiceNow alliance, focusing on the Cyber Offering and other PMDs. Develop vendor relationships, uncover sales opportunities, and support pursuit teams throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow software vendor sales and Alliance teams in the United States
  • Focus on the vendor relationship with Account Executives, Regional Directors, and Vice Presidents
  • Co-facilitate meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain the ServiceNow service line pipeline for the region
  • Plan for and coordinate key client events
  • Create awareness of Deloitte's ServiceNow capabilities with ServiceNow software vendor sales teams
  • Utilize relationships to uncover new implementation sales opportunities
  • Partner with ServiceNow Industry Sales Executives to develop sales opportunities for the overall ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Assist with business development activities by connecting appropriate Deloitte Sales Executives and PMD team with vendor sales team
  • Lead ServiceNow opportunity management process, including CRM entries, reporting, and maintenance
  • Lead alliance planning session preparation, including agenda development, research, and logistics
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to propose ideas for client connection and create client-specific materials
  • Support the alliance team in collecting and centrally storing relevant client materials
  • Establish internal firm contacts with other Channel Sales to support sales cycles
  • Provide recommendations to ServiceNow and Consulting leadership related to alliance management

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience with significant business development and client relationship experience
  • Understanding of ServiceNow Cyber solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree
  • 5+ years' experience with an emphasis on significant business development and client relationship experience
