About This Role

This Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position involves performing patient care activities and accommodative services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse. The role focuses on direct patient support within the limits of the position and according to PAM Health's guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform various patient care activities
• Perform accommodative services under supervision
• Adhere to PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state where the hospital resides.
• None required, 2-3 years in acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit
