Charge Nurse (RN) - PT Nights

About This Role

PAM Health is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time night shifts at its Reno LTACH facility. This role involves coordinating nursing care delivery, providing leadership to staff, and serving as a clinical and leadership resource in collaboration with medical and ancillary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care
• Provide leadership by collaborating with medical, ancillary, and support staff
• Maintain standards of nursing practice in the clinical setting
• Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for staff

Requirements

• RN License in the state of application
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• At least three years of inpatient telemetry or critical care nursing experience

Qualifications

• At least three years of inpatient telemetry or critical care nursing experience

Nice to Have

• Prior Charge Nurse or Supervisory experience
• CCRN certification
• High level of comfort working with complex disease processes, ventilators, tracheostomies, and invasive and non-invasive monitoring techniques
