About This Role

Provide personal care assistance and maintain a safe environment for residents in a senior living community at Mount Alverna Village, ensuring their dignity and well-being. This role is for the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11:15 PM).

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed
Observe and report any changes in resident's physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers
Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education
Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family

Requirements

Valid license on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry
High school diploma or GED equivalent
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
One year of caregiving experience
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Must enjoy working with the senior population
