The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will assist in the sales and marketing process to achieve pre-leasing and occupancy goals for new or expanding communities. This role involves coordinating promotional marketing activities, event planning, and handling move-in/move-out processes to ensure resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of the marketing plan, including advertising and business development goals
- Assist with planning and implementing pre-leasing events, information sessions, and trade shows/expos
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and order supplies as necessary
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments and entities of Franciscan Ministries
- Assist with all stages of the sales process to achieve pre-leasing deposits and post-opening occupancy goals
- Maintain a professional, inviting atmosphere in the marketing office and provide exemplary customer service
- Handle incoming calls, acquire preliminary prospect information, schedule appointments, and follow up in CRM
- Conduct tours for potential residents and collect essential discovery information
- Collect deposits and fees, entering and updating them in the CRM
- Work with residents and families to ensure paperwork is completed for all resident move-ins
- Establish and process prospect and resident files, paperwork, and move-in packets
- Maintain move in/transfer/move out checklists and communicate status to necessary parties
- Work closely with plant operations to ensure apartments/homes are ready for move-in
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing; preferably in the Senior Health Care industry
Nice to Have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in the Senior Health Care industry
- Marketing Professional Certification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
