About This Role

Join the Menomonie Team as a Certified Nursing Assistant, making a real difference in the lives of residents by providing compassionate care and support.

Responsibilities

Monitor and record health and behavior of residents and clients, communicating information with the interdisciplinary team
Maintain confidentiality of resident and client records
Follow residents' and clients' individual care plans
Know emergency and evacuation procedures
Have a working knowledge of regulations governing long-term care
Attend required orientation, training, and maintain current Certified Nursing Assistant certification
Become familiar with the Policy and Procedure Manual and implement its contents
Prepare and assist with meals and provide snacks for residents
Assist in household and housekeeping duties, including inventory, storage of supplies, and light cleaning
Understand and follow proper infection control procedures
Conduct and/or assist with assignments and activity groups

Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
