About This Role

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs various patient care activities and accommodative services under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse, focusing on patient care within position limits.

Responsibilities

• Perform various patient care activities
• Perform accommodative services
• Perform patient care activities within the limits of the position
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

• Certification as a nursing assistant (CNA) where required by state
• Current BLS certification

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• None required; 2-3 years in acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit preferred.

Nice to Have

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit
