About This Role

Provide routine daily nursing care and services to patients in accordance with their assessment and care plan, as directed by supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Serve meals and assist with feeding, monitoring intake
• Observe and report changes in resident health, behavior, or skin condition to nurses
• Maintain accurate and descriptive documentation of care provided
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe resident environment
• Support resident rights and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Active CNA certification
• Ability to follow care plans and supervisor instructions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to resident dignity and respect
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
