Assist non-critical patients with daily activities and provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within Saint Mary's Health Network, contributing to a team committed to quality, compassion, and community.
Responsibilities
- Assists with activities of daily living for non-critical patients
- Provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients
- Assists in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse
Requirements
- Ability to communicate (both verbally and in writing) in English
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant from Nevada State Board of Nursing
- BLS (AHA) certification
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recent, acute, in-hospital experience in a multi-unit setting preferred
Nice to Have
- 1-2 years of recent, acute, in-hospital experience in a multi-unit setting
- Comfortable in the use of computer systems
