About This Role

Assist non-critical patients with daily activities and provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within Saint Mary's Health Network, contributing to a team committed to quality, compassion, and community.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living for non-critical patients
• Provides basic nursing care to non-critical patients
• Assists in maintenance of a safe environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse

Requirements

• Ability to communicate (both verbally and in writing) in English
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant from Nevada State Board of Nursing
• BLS (AHA) certification

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent, acute, in-hospital experience in a multi-unit setting preferred

Nice to Have

• 1-2 years of recent, acute, in-hospital experience in a multi-unit setting
• Comfortable in the use of computer systems
