Central Supply Coordinator / Scheduler

About This Role

This role is responsible for coordinating the nursing staff schedule to maintain state-mandated staffing ratios and ensuring sufficient supplies for the facility. The Central Supply Coordinator / Scheduler will also monitor inventory and order necessary supplies to support quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for the nursing department, including nurses and nursing assistants, to maintain state-mandated staffing ratios (PPD)
• Monitor overtime and make daily staffing adjustments based on census needs
• Maintain daily roster sheets for each shift
• Perform daily review of previous day’s time clock punches against schedules
• Monitor inventory of supplies and recommend replenishing supply orders

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
