This position is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products over an established route, providing services to customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and D.O.T. regulations.
Responsibilities
- Load and/or unload products at various customer locations within a specific geographic territory
- Deliver perishable foods, table top items, special equipment, and frozen foods
- Inform customers of new products or services and issue sales promotion materials
- Resolve customer complaints
- Record information on daily sales/delivery record and obtain customer signatures upon pickup/delivery
- Comply with company policies and D.O.T. regulations
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) for tractor trailer operation
- Good driving record for past 39 months
- One or more years of tractor trailer/route delivery experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- One or more years of tractor trailer/route delivery experience
