About This Role

This role involves driving a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customers, ensuring safety and compliance with DOT regulations. Drivers are responsible for pre/post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate logs.

Responsibilities

Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report
Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery
Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations
Maintain driver log according to DOT regulations
Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises

Requirements

At least 21 years of age
Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A)
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience
Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications
Ability to read, write, and understand English
