As a Lowe's Cashier, you will provide a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience for customers, ensuring they receive the best value and leave satisfied. This role supports the store's positive impact on customers and communities by delivering efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience
• Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges
• Answer customer questions
• Help maintain a clean, safe workstation

Requirements

• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time
• Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• Ability to minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation

Nice to Have

• Retail and/or customer service experience
• Bilingual skills
