Assist the Foreman with daily tasks throughout all project stages, specializing in various carpentry duties. Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Form foundations, walls, columns, decks, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, doors, hardware, and millwork
- Support and follow standard work procedures
- Participate in and support the implementation of Lean and continuous improvement culture
- Strongly promote and support safety policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Innovative and forward thinking
