Caregiver/Resident Assistant

About This Role

Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Document tasks and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to provide high standards of care in a senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily care of residents, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements
• Confidently communicate urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrate the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
