About This Role

This Caregiver role with Sevita offers rewarding work directly supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help participants live well, learn, and achieve personal growth by assisting with daily activities and fostering community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals being served
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist people with personal hygiene
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Driver's License for at least 1 year (post-permit)
• Clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Qualifications

• No High School Diploma required
• No experience required
