Caregiver

About This Role

Provide compassionate 1:1 in-home care to patients, assisting with daily living activities and home management tasks. This role offers flexible scheduling and an opportunity to grow skills while making a difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL's)
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Assist with bathing
• Assist with dressing
• Assist with grooming
• Assist with toileting
• Perform nail care
• Conduct range of motion / exercises
• Assist with transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
• Assist with oral feeding
• Perform vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Perform home management tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making
• Assist with ambulation
• Provide medication assistance

Requirements

• Ability to provide compassionate and reliable support to patients
• Willingness to work with activities of daily living and home management tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience as a DSP, Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA
• Active MO CNA license for higher pay rate
