Provide essential in-home care services to clients, focusing on meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, and companionship. This role emphasizes a "Happier Aging" philosophy, connecting caregivers with clients based on common interests to foster genuine relationships and support client well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and personal care
- Execute client's care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Function within the limits of experience and knowledge, practicing safely and competently
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service clients in Tucson and surrounding areas
- Be available for various visit times, including weekdays and weekends
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience
- Must have a CNA, MA, PCT, HHA or similar certification
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Consent to a TB screen, background check, physical exam, and drug screening
- Must be able to legally work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Some technology skills
