About This Role

Join Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) as a compassionate caregiver in El Paso, supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This role involves assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to make a meaningful difference.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene including bathing, shaving, and oral care
• Help with dressing and grooming activities
• Provide assistance with toileting and transfers
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform shopping tasks and light housekeeping duties
• Support with laundry and exercise

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Ability to provide compassionate, hands-on care
• Must pass a background check per Texas state regulations

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities
