Caregiver

About This Role

Provide essential home health attendant and caregiver services to people with disabilities in the Orange, TX area. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities and maintaining a safe living environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, shaving, and oral care
• Perform routine hair and skin maintenance
• Help clients with toileting and dressing
• Assist with shopping and meal preparation
• Aid in feeding and exercise routines
• Assist with client transfers
• Perform general cleaning and laundry duties

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience or training in attendant care
• Six months experience working with people with disabilities
• No convictions for certain crimes related to caring for the aged and disabled

Qualifications

• Must have experience or training that demonstrates the ability to provide attendant care. Must have at least six (6) months experience working with people with disabilities.
