About This Role

This role involves assisting senior residents with daily living activities, ensuring their dignity and respect, and maintaining a safe environment within a luxury senior living community.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular safety checks on residents
• Assist and encourage residents in their daily living activities, responding promptly and kindly to needs
• Read and follow care plans, including managing oxygen tanks per MD orders
• Transport residents safely, assisting into/out of beds and wheelchairs, for meals, activities, or other needs
• Clean, complete laundry, and assist with other community activities as required
• Chart and document appropriate information, including incident reports, and communicate observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediately
• Respond promptly to all resident alerts, carrying radios and reacting to emergency or other requests
• Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
• Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active Certified Assisted Living Caregiver Certification
• First Aid and CPR/BLS Certification
• Background clearances as required by government regulations
