Caregiver

About This Role

Provide essential personal care and companionship services to seniors and disabled individuals, enabling them to live independently in their own homes. This role supports clients in the Redmond, Oregon area with daily activities and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor clients' health and document their needs
• Establish and maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
• Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and housekeeping
• Escort clients to medical appointments and other activities
• Assist with transportation to and from doctor’s appointments and other errands

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience caring for seniors or disabled individuals
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
