Campus School Recruiter

About This Role

The Campus School Recruiter will deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience by developing and executing on-campus recruitment strategies. This role involves building relationships with academic institutions and student organizations to attract top talent for various business units.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Campus Business, Talent Identification & Engagement, and Alliance recruiters
• Leverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results, and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies
• Influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
• Work with business and talent stakeholders and leadership to deliver hiring strategy
• Plan on-campus events that target specific school relationships
• Maintain and manage relationships with faculty, staff, student organizations, deans, department chairs, and career centers
• Use digital sourcing tools to market events and build candidate pipelines for all hiring profiles
• Support internship events or programming
• Track and manage budget for recruiting activities
• Share Deloitte's brand, values, and opportunities on campus
• Provide support to Business, Talent Identification & Engagement, and Alliance recruiters

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Must reside in or near the location(s) connected with the job posting
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
