About This Role

This role involves performing technical and design drafting assignments, applying fundamental engineering and advanced CAD skills to prepare detailed engineering drawings for construction, modification, and maintenance projects and facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day system administration for various system management tools
  • Deploy, provision, manage, and support servers in a hybrid environment (on-premises and cloud)
  • Lead departmental and cross-departmental projects related to server environment advancement
  • Work closely with IT infrastructure departments for software and hardware deployment, configuration, and maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and stability of servers and services
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting languages
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of servers experiencing performance issues
  • Maintain security of server infrastructure through patching and upgrades
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for IT services
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to read civil drawings
  • Basic map reading and spatial orientation
  • Appropriate valid Arizona driver’s license

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. College level coursework (100 or higher) from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant education, experience, or a combination thereof for Level I. 3-6 years for Level 2. 6+ years for Senior Level.
