About This Role

The C-Store Team Member provides exceptional customer service, maintains a clean and safe store environment, processes transactions, and stocks products to ensure overall store readiness. This role is crucial for representing the Refuel brand through positive customer interactions and consistent task execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every customer
• Maintain a clean, safe, and customer-ready store at all times
• Stock, front-face, and organize merchandise, checking for expired or low items
• Support teammates and customers, working well independently or as part of a team
• Arrive on time, communicate clearly, and stay productive between customers
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail
• Complete required training and follow all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Demonstrate honesty, respect, and professionalism in all interactions
• Adhere to the Company’s established policies and procedures

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Organized and efficient with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Honest, dependable, and willing to learn new tasks and take initiative
• Able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level

Qualifications

• Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred. On-the-job training is provided for all new team members.
