About This Role

Guide clients through critical transformational initiatives, from strategy to execution, delivering integrated advisory services focusing on growth and optimization. Work with clients through all stages of major transformational projects or transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and build new sources of competitive advantage for clients
  • Increase client revenues and improve margins
  • Optimize client operations to drive growth
  • Utilize scenario planning and futures thinking to analyze long-term industry evolution
  • Shape client business agendas and architect enterprise transformations in the THS sector
  • Partner across Deloitte to provide comprehensive client solutions
  • Lead a team and influence others, including coaching and mentoring staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record
  • 6+ years of management consulting experience focused on Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Commercial Strategy, and Business Transformation
  • 6+ years of experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies for growth and transformation at the corporate, business, or product level
  • 6+ years of experience creating client-ready materials, including roadmaps, presentations (PowerPoint), business case, business process and transformation plans
  • 4+ years of experience using analytical methods and tools to create project analysis and recommendation support
  • 4+ years of experience defining trends across industries and articulate their impact to clients' business and strategic choices
  • 4+ years of experience leading a team and influencing others, including coaching and mentoring other staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
  • 6+ years of management consulting experience focused on Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Commercial Strategy, and Business Transformation. 6+ years of experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies for growth and transformation at the corporate, business, or product level. 6+ years of experience creating client-ready materials. 4+ years of experience using analytical methods and tools. 4+ years of experience defining trends across industries. 4+ years of experience leading a team.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree in business (i.e., MBA)
  • 4+ years of experience in the consulting services sales pursuit & proposal process
  • 4+ years of experience with Scenario Planning/Modeling
  • Knowledge of or experience in broader G&A functions (i.e., HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Commercial Operations)
  • Basic understanding of the core digital technologies that underpin world class customer experiences (e.g., CRM, E-Commerce, Content Management)
