About This Role

Secure contracts with multi-family communities and multi-tenant properties to expand client's wired and wireless home/business services. This role focuses on new business development, negotiating access licenses and marketing agreements with property owners and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Secure contracts within multi-family communities and multi-tenant properties to expand client's wired and wireless services
  • Obtain Premise Access Licenses allowing client access for evaluation and equipment placement
  • Negotiate Marketing Agreements for co-marketing client services
  • Initiate face-to-face customer contact with high-value owners, builders, and developers
  • Develop new business via telephone and email to identify decision makers and solutions
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine prospects' pain points and how solutions address them
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in the sales database, ensuring accurate logging
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to manage sales funnel
  • Negotiate long-term deals for cooperative marketing or owner-paid bulk contracts
  • Understand the competitive environment and client's technical advantages to present capabilities consultatively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of fiber and wireless based telecommunications
  • Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% in local market
  • Database User proficiency
  • Google Suite

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Four or more years of relevant B2B sales experience

Nice to Have

  • Ability to manage funnel in a sales objective based environment
  • Strong consulting, including prospecting, sales planning and proficiency with value based selling
  • Demonstrated influence skills with internal and external key stakeholders through relationships
  • Knowledge of the multi-family environment
