Secure contracts with multi-family communities and multi-tenant properties to expand client's wired and wireless home/business services. This role focuses on new business development, negotiating access licenses and marketing agreements with property owners and developers.
Responsibilities
- Secure contracts within multi-family communities and multi-tenant properties to expand client's wired and wireless services
- Obtain Premise Access Licenses allowing client access for evaluation and equipment placement
- Negotiate Marketing Agreements for co-marketing client services
- Initiate face-to-face customer contact with high-value owners, builders, and developers
- Develop new business via telephone and email to identify decision makers and solutions
- Conduct needs analysis to determine prospects' pain points and how solutions address them
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in the sales database, ensuring accurate logging
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to manage sales funnel
- Negotiate long-term deals for cooperative marketing or owner-paid bulk contracts
- Understand the competitive environment and client's technical advantages to present capabilities consultatively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Four or more years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of fiber and wireless based telecommunications
- Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 75% in local market
- Database User proficiency
- Google Suite
