About This Role

This role will lead outbound pipeline generation, identifying target accounts, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and developing a pipeline for Bash Creative's culture-shaping experience services. The Business Development Manager will introduce new companies to Bash's offerings and contribute to measurable impact in client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outbound pipeline generation by identifying target accounts and starting meaningful conversations
  • Qualify opportunities and build a pipeline for Bash Creative's services
  • Create new revenue opportunities through consistent outbound outreach, researching accounts, personalizing messaging, and diligent follow-up
  • Identify target accounts and outreach strategies aligned with Bash's business goals and values
  • Build relationships with prospective clients rooted in honesty, hospitality, trust, and mutual respect
  • Qualify outbound interest for fit, readiness, and next steps, then hand off high-quality leads to the Senior Sales Manager
  • Partner with the Senior Sales Manager and CEO to refine outreach strategy and messaging
  • Hit weekly activity and pipeline targets to keep opportunities moving
  • Maintain strong follow-up to reduce drop-off and move qualified leads toward clear next steps
  • Keep the CRM updated for accurate pipeline reporting, documenting outreach, qualification notes, and handoff details
  • Support the Senior Sales Manager in pitch preparation, coordinating inputs and tailoring pitch decks and proposals
  • Capture and share prospect feedback, objections, and patterns to strengthen positioning and improve conversion
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and prospect patterns to share insights for outreach and positioning
  • Represent Bash Creative at industry events and networking regularly to meet prospects and build relationships
  • Bring back learnings to improve messaging and inform new or evolving offerings

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in business development focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Track record of building a qualified pipeline for high-value professional services
  • Skilled and comfortable leading early stage conversations, qualifying for fit and readiness
  • Strong communicator in writing, live conversations, and presentations
  • Organized and reliable, can manage multiple parallel outreach efforts and deadlines
  • Polished and client-ready, builds trust quickly and represents Bash with care
  • Resilient and solutions-minded, stays steady through obstacles and follows through
  • Experience creating outreach sequences, pitch decks and proposals
  • Deep experience with CRM management and strong pipeline hygiene (clean data, next steps, accurate stages, activity logging)
  • Expert knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, and LLMs
  • Comfortable using tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and work efficiently at volume without losing quality
  • Reside in and be a citizen of the US

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in business development focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation, with a track record of building a qualified pipeline for high-value professional services (agency, events, production, or professional services a plus)
