About This Role

Restoration 1 of Moore Coffee is seeking a full-time Sales Representative/Business Development Manager in Tullahoma, TN to expand its customer base by recruiting new referral sources and trade partners. The role focuses on cultivating strong professional relationships with various industry professionals and analyzing market trends to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new referral sources and trade partners
• Pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, and public adjusters
• Analyze the market and identify viable target clients
• Reach decision-makers and convert leads into accounts and sales
• Conduct prospecting and cold-calling activities
• Deliver effective in-person sales presentations
• Manage appointment schedules and maintain exceptional communication
• Actively participate and network in industry-related trade organizations
• Make weekly presentations to small groups and reinforce customer relationships
• Develop sales strategies and analyze market trends
• Ensure high client satisfaction

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience
• Extensive face-to-face selling experience
• Demonstrated success in cold-calling and prospecting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task
• Highly competitive, positive, and results-driven attitude
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed
• Uncompromising honesty and integrity with strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business/Marketing or related work experience preferred
• 5+ years of relevant sales experience
