About This Role

Drive revenue growth for a logistics provider by generating new business within domestic freight FTL services and building long-term client relationships. Maximize wallet share within existing accounts and consistently achieve revenue and margin targets.

Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business within domestic freight FTL
Build and manage your own portfolio of customers
Identify opportunities to maximise wallet share within existing accounts
Work closely with operations and pricing to deliver competitive, profitable solutions
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets

Requirements

Proven experience in domestic freight sales
Strong knowledge of FTL markets
Demonstrated track record of new business wins
Ability to build lasting client relationships
Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
