This role is responsible for driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with overseas channel partners, focusing on the CBD/Vape industry. The Business Development Manager will develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and support the channel sales team to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with overseas channel partners to establish and maintain long-term, stable cooperative relationships and achieve sales targets
- Stay informed about overseas channel market trends, conduct market analysis and research, and develop sales plans and strategies to ensure sales performance
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the channel sales team, assisting team members in expanding overseas markets and growing the business to collectively achieve sales targets
- Follow up on product and service needs of channel partners, promptly provide solutions, and facilitate product sales
- Monitor and analyze the channel sales process, gather competitor information, identify sales opportunities, and provide feedback on market changes and customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Long-term legal work authorization in the United States
- Professional background in the vaping industry
- Experience in U.S. CBD/vape channel sales
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong consulting abilities
- Familiarity with sales processes and techniques (negotiation, relationship building, business development)
- Proficiency in English as a working language (strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills)
- Skilled in using office software and sales systems
- Solid grasp of basic sales tools and methodologies
- Strong team collaboration spirit and sense of responsibility
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure business environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in U.S. CBD/vape channel sales, with a professional background in the vaping industry.

- Existing resources in channels such as supermarkets, tobacco, e-commerce, and MD
