Bus Driver

About This Role

Safely operate double-decker buses through Chicago's iconic landmarks, providing world-class hospitality and serving as a local ambassador for TopView's sightseeing tours, including the new Tea Around Town experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate double-decker buses along established tour routes
• Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle at all times
• Engage with guests by providing excellent customer service and assisting with boarding, directions, or questions
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow all safety and DOT compliance standards
• Serve as a professional and welcoming representative of the TopView brand

Requirements

• Valid CDL A or B license with Passenger (P) and Air Brake endorsements
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and reliability
• Professional appearance and a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to follow schedules, handle guest inquiries
• Must be punctual, dependable, and presentable
