About This Role

This role is responsible for the safe transportation of individuals between park district locations and program sites, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and traffic regulations. The schedule will vary based on program needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive designated routes, transferring and transporting individuals
  • Occasionally transport luggage for special trips
  • Complete general paperwork accurately
  • Perform all job tasks within the rules and guidelines of the District's safety program
  • Assist with programs and special events as needed

Requirements

  • Valid Illinois Driver’s License for at least 1 year
  • Must be 21 years old
  • Successfully pass a drug test
  • Take an online PDRMA Defensive Driving training class

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year with a valid Illinois Driver’s License

Certifications

PDRMA Defensive Driving training class (Required)
