Brow Waxing Expert

About This Role

Maximize sales for the Benefit brand by engaging guests, assisting with merchandise selection, and performing brow/facial waxing and tinting services. This role supports the Experience Manager by focusing on sales performance, guest service, and compliance with operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals, and contribute to store's goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel, and retail shrink.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending complementary products, samples, and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Execute short services at the Brow Bar, including eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, tinting, strip lash applications, and threading, in accordance with Ulta Beauty policies.
• Use appointment book or system to schedule initial services, return appointments, and events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and services to effectively serve guests.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing Benefit and Ulta Beauty training for professional development and sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and an active clientele portfolio for Benefit brand services.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards, and all safety, sanitation, and hygienic guidelines.

Requirements

• Active license in Esthetics or Cosmetology (as required by law)
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred

• Experience in make-up application
• Experience in eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work
