This role involves providing excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The Brand Representative will engage with customers to drive sales while demonstrating product knowledge and an approachable demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and sales floor upkeep.
- Communicate effectively with customers, initiating conversations and connecting genuinely.
- Ensure asset protection and minimize shrink.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Engage with customers in a relatable, confident, and social manner to close sales.
