As a Brand Representative, you will provide excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will maintain store presentation standards and communicate effectively with customers. You will also participate in asset protection and follow store policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment by ensuring approachability and warmth
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers by communicating genuinely
- Ensure the customer is always the first priority
- Demonstrate relatable, confident and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale
- Maintain store presentation and sales floor standards
- Adhere to asset protection and shrink policies
- Follow store policies and procedures
- Engage in training and development
