This Brand Representative role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and driving sales for Hollister Co. by engaging with customers in an approachable and communicative manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
• Maintain keen awareness of the store environment, ensuring an approachable and warm presence
• Initiate conversations and connect with customers genuinely and articulately
• Ensure the customer is always the first priority
• Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to close sales

• Maintain store presentation and sales floor standards
