This Brand Representative role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and driving sales for Hollister Co. by engaging with customers in an approachable and communicative manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs
- Maintain keen awareness of the store environment, ensuring an approachable and warm presence
- Initiate conversations and connect with customers genuinely and articulately
- Ensure the customer is always the first priority
- Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor to close sales
- Focus on customer experience
- Maintain store presentation and sales floor standards
- Engage in effective communication
- Assist with asset protection and shrink prevention
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development
